Mares Explorer Youth BCD
The Mares Explorer Youth BCD features a design for children aged 8 to 12 years old. The backpack is shorter than traditional adult BCDs. Because of this it offers an excellent fit in the water for younger, smaller scuba divers.
The Mares Explorer BCD is equipped with two handy pockets with VELCRO® Brand closures to be more of a traditional concept for traditional recreational open water divers.
There are 2 rear trim weight pockets available to improve balance and comfort in the water that fit on the nylon bcd cam strap.
The Mares Explorer BCD is equipped with specially designed pockets to correctly position the pressure gauge and octopus in a more traditional diving mindset.
The BCD tank strap is shorter than a standard BCD strap so that you can use small cylinders like an aluminum 40 or 50.
