Light Monkey 5-12 LED v2 Sidemount Light is a great light powered by a 5.2aH Li-Ion rechargeable battery providing 300 minutes of burn time, 1200 lumens @ 6000 kelvin.

The LM 12w LED v2 comes standard with an Elastic hand mount for hands free diving included.  A Twist on/off activation with double o-ring seal, 7.5” (19cm) length and 2” (5cm) diameter.

This light is Ideal for travel, weighing in at a mere 2.5lbs (1.1kg), The battery pack for the 2.6 – 09W LED can also be used to power the light head for a 150 minute burn time and is available separately. 52″ (130 cm) cord with a 90° angle wire connection from canister to light head allows for sidemount routing.

The 12W Light battery canister is machined from solid Delrin. The LED primary light is warranted to a depth of 500′ (150m).

A fixed focus design is incorporated into the light head to ensure the smallest size possible and include a handle. For the Light an elastic hand mount is standard.

A Lithium Ion battery is utilized because of the optimal power rating and compact size. The battery is contained in a canister that is sealed to prevent water intrusion due to an improperly latched lid or forgotten o-ring. The light includes a universal charger that accepts an input voltage of 100V-220V with a 1.5aH output. The charger is delivered with a US input cord and adapters are available for Australia, Europe, and the UK.

ALL Light Monkey lights fall below the threshold mandated by TSA regarding Equivalent Lithium Content (ELC) and are both safe and allowed for air travel.
