PADI Enriched Air Nitrox eLearning Course

PADI Enriched Air Nitrox eLearning Course.  Enriched Air, also known as “nitrox”, is a form of breathing gas that allows divers to extend bottom time and reduce nitrogen loading. It is PADI’s most popular specialty course. PADI Enriched Air Diver Online can be completed in as little as an afternoon.

After completing your online learning with DDS, you’ll apply the knowledge you’ve learned by practicing procedures for obtaining and analyzing enriched air with your DDS PADI Enriched Air Nitrox Instructor.

You also have the option of completing two open water enriched air dives. This certification counts towards the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating. *This course fee only covers your online training, assessments and certification card. Practical training fees, dives, dive equipment, student slate and logbook are available at additional cost from Dan’s Dive Shop, Canada’s Oldest PADI Scuba Diving Training Facility Store #23.

After you’ve completed the online learning, set up a time to come in and we’ll complete a supplementary academic session as well as gas analysis workshop to make sure you know all the in’s and outs of Nitrox.

Nitrox Diving is the stepping stone to anything beyond Open Water. Nitrox is a midrange breathing gas that allows you gain more bottom time for diving on Shipwrecks, reducing post dive fatigue.  Nitrox Divers often feel more energized after a nitrox dive and it’s essential for diving in Caverns, Caves, Advanced Nitrox, Decompression Diving, Trimix Diving, Rebreathers and much more.
