The PADI Reactivate Course is a great way to bring you back into the skill threshold and refinement of the foundational skills we often lose during periods of inactivity.
If You Haven’t been scuba diving lately You will need a PADI ReActivate Course to “ReActivate” your certification which goes into “inactive status” after a period of inactivity.
PADI Reactivate is the perfect way to brush up on your knowledge and skills from the PADI Open Water Diver Course before jumping back into the water.
Whether you want a few reminders or need to go over the basics, ReActivate is personalized for you: You conveniently review scuba concepts on your tablet, mobile device or computer, then go diving with a PADI Professional.
Reactivate is quick and easy, and a good way to prepare for your next Scuba Diving Course or get ready for that well deserved scuba diving vacation. The best part is, divers who complete both the knowledge and in-water skill refresher receive a replacement certification card with a ReActivated date on it, so you can dive without hassle as a safer, more aware diver.
Any PADI certified diver who wants a refresher or pre-travel update should ReActivate. Dive shops appreciate seeing a recent ReActivate date on your certification card because it means you’re ready to dive in and don’t have to waste a day in a pool or shallow water re-qualifying yourself…and with us you’re going to even learn some new techniques and information.
Once you sign up for the PADI ReActivate you will receive an email from PADI eLearning where you can begin your scuba theory review at home. Please complete your elearning before coming to your pool session. You will also need review and complete the PADI Diver Medical before any in water activity. You will also need to assess your current scuba gear and contact us if you need any rental gear brought to the pool.

Under the water your Divemaster will go through all the skill you learned during your initial certification with time at the end to revisit and practice any skills you would like to work on. This is a great time to focus on your buoyancy, trim and finning technique.
