Additional Details
This Course puts together 2 prime elements of diving, you combine technical diving and wreck penetration and here you get Technical Wreck Penetration, the Ultimate Technical Diving Course. It wasn't all that long ago that Trimix was the Mount Everest of Technical Diving, Now it's the NAUI Technical Wreck Penetration Course.
The course is titled this because of who it's designed for..... the most experienced of Technical Divers. This Team driven course will provide the diver with the skills and knowledge needed to gain experience and minimize risks in penetration wreck diving at depths beyond the traditional 130' barrier. In this cutting edge course you’ll learn to plan and execute penetration wreck dives using a variety of breathing gasses and staged decompression options.
The best part of our Technical Wreck Penetration course is the hands on open water training sessions where students will execute lost line drills, engage in air sharing while following lines, blacked out mask drills, lift bag deployments, anti-silting techniques, bail out situations, loss of deco gas, air sharing deco gas, catastophic failurs and much more!
While some believe that Cave and Wreck Diving require
2 different styles of equipment and techniques, our
Technical Wreck Penetration Course embraces the basic
cave diving pricipals in a DIR Fashion with regards
to skill, team, ecology, safety and exploration, but
builds on the rescuer response and safety concerns
associated with the specialized world of Technical
Wreck Diving.
