Our Technical Diver Level 2 Program picks up where your Technical Diver Level 1 or Ultimate Wreck Diver Program left off refining and improving previously learned skills and offering you more advanced skill sets some practical and some are theoretical. Divers will also dive to a deeper depth, use more stage/decompression bottles and a work a whole lot more on team diving concepts among many other tasks.
Technical Diver Level 2 will take you on through our NAUI Heliair, Trimix Level 1 and Trimix Level 2 Programs.
You will gain a greater understanding of Helium Based Mixes and Emergency Procedures in this program, as well as Dive Team awareness and Gas Management.
Divers will utilize multiple stage bottles and learn how to extend bottom time and gas supply requirements through more advanced planning and the Selection of Best Mixes and Cylinders.
Candidates will be challenged by this rigorous program experiencing virtually every element of what trimix diving has to offer including Mission Specific Trimix Diving.
Through the use of Heliair, you will safely dive to 180' extending your depth, while keeping your narcotic level comfortable, compared to dives on air. You will dive to a maximum training depth of 200' in Level 1 and a Maximum Depth of up to 250' for training in Level 2, as diving deeper offers no opportunity for skills to be completed due to lack of bottom time and high CNS O2 Toxicity Levels.
