Help us in celebrating 40 Years!
Established in 1974 by Canadian Diving pioneer Dan Mandziuk, Dan's Dive Shop was landmark for over 20 years in Port Dalhousie before making a home at our current residence 329 Welland Ave., in St. Catharines, Ontario.
We've created our own identity in scuba diving instruction surpassing the vast majority of dive stores in the field of scuba training, becoming the leader in recreational, cave, sidemount and tech diving courses through implementing the most modern and most progressive methods, tools, equipment configurations and techniques that only a handful in the industry are willing to master themselves, thus allowing us to set the bar for SCUBA diving courses.
We offer the largest inventory and most competitive pricing on all scuba diving and snorkeling equipment in the country servicing the Canadian diving market and abroad, which saves our local divers duty, brokerage and credit card service charges most clients dealing with other US based stores are saddled with, thus allowing our customers to buy the best gear at the best prices without the hidden costs. Please take some time to browse our online store.
If you'd like learn more about who we are or what we do please take some time to learn about our store and our staff by clicking our about us and our staff and instructors sections. We have a great staff and are always looking for like minded people to join our team.
We are very active in our local community. We are involved with many charities and events such as: United Way, Dive For A Cure, Terry Fox Foundation, St. Catharines Hospitals, Sick Kids Hospital, Race Against Autism, Old Timers Hockey, NRPD, Rotary Auctions, GAMRU and many school groups and church organizations.
We encourage you to come in and see the difference we can make in your diving career. It's fun, challenging and you'll get a lot more out of this sport with the right store backing you in the right gear with the right techniques. If you want to do it right we are the Divers Edge and we are your best diving hope.
See you in the water!
